What makes sense:
*Today's world is mobile and it's important for us to have access to that wherever we go
*Apps are more direct and less about searching; more about getting
What doesn't make sense:
*We'll always need to search for something and have the ability to find new things
*Don't always want to pay for the App when you can search and find for free
